In June of 2011, Redstone Real Estate and Stream Realty Partners broke ground on the BBVA Compass Plaza - a Class AA office building in the Galleria area at 2200 Post Oak Boulevard, Houston, TX, the former site of the seven-story Compass Bank building.  The building includes 22 stories, 12 office floors and 306,000 square feet of rentable office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space.  BBVA Compass will be the anchor tenant, with a tentative move-in date in the spring of 2013.  BBVA Compass Plaza is Phase I of the Post Oak project with future plans of a hotel, restaurants, retail and possibly residential development.
