Redstone recently purchased a downtown Houston single-purpose building on the east side of Highway 59 directly across from the George R. Brown Convention Center.  The City of Houston Parking Management division is the tenant of the building and will continue to be for the next ten years.  This site is located in the EADO (East of Downtown) District and is just a few blocks away from the new Houston Dynamo soccer stadium which is under construction.
