Tracy is the Executive Vice President and serves as head of Human Resources for The Redstone Companies. She acts in a similar capacity and also serves as an Executive Vice President for numerous Redstone-related entities. Tracy is a Partner of Redstone Capital Partners. Before joining Redstone in 1992, she had more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources, the last five years at Compaq Computer Corporation in Houston.

Tracy received a B.B.A. in Management from Angelo State University.
