CAFÉ EXPRESS
Houston-based Café Express is the creation of renowned chef Robert Del Grande, recognized as one of the "inventors" of modern Southwestern cuisine. Cafe Express owns and operates nineteen full-size, upscale fast-casual restaurants in Texas with emphasis on freshness and flavor infused in Del Grande’s modern Southwestern cuisine.

CARDINAL SOUTHWEST
Cardinal Southwest is a franchisor of Popeye’s Chicken and Biscuits fast food restaurants in Texas. The company is continually looking to add new units by either acquisition or development in the Popeye’s brand or through entrance into other quick serve restaurant systems that represent a strong strategic fit.

GREEN BANK
Green Bank is a financial services partner offering business and personal banking solutions to its local customer base. Combining the deep banking expertise of its managers and employees and its local roots, Green Bank is able to provide customers personal and customized service not often found at larger banks.

HHN HOMES
HHN Homes is a builder of premium homes, condos and townhouses in Houston and the surrounding areas. The partnership of three highly qualified and experienced home builders and architects has constructed approximately 400 units since inception with a majority of the units priced between $250,000 and $500,000.

RM GROUP
RM Group owns multiple gas stations / convenience stores in El Paso, Texas and throughout Minnesota. In addition to providing branded gasoline, RM Group, through its El Paso based Good Time Stores, also offers its own menu of breakfast and lunch items.

BLUEROCK ENERGY CAPITAL
BlueRock provides capital ranging from $1 million to $10 million structured as a non-recourse financial production payment to independent producers of oil and gas for reserve-based acquisitions and monetizations with associated production enhancement and/or development.
