ROBERT HENRICKSEN
Bob Henricksen served as CEO of The Redstone Companies and actively assists in the development of Redstone’s strategic and operational focus in private equity, real estate, business development, hospitality and golf.  He has served as a Principal for Redstone Capital Partners, the private equity division of The Redstone Companies, and Vice Chairman of Redstone Bank, N.A. from 2000 to 2006. From 1988 to 2000, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Bank, N.A. Bob currently serves as President of Symphony North of Houston and is a Trustee and former Chairman of the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation.

Bob holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.

STEVEN D. LERNER
Steve serves as the President & CEO of Redstone Real Estate overseeing all real estate acquisitions, development and growth opportunities. Prior to being named President & CEO, Steve held the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Redstone Companies and served as an Executive Vice President of numerous Redstone-related entities. He currently acts as a Partner and member of the Investment Committee of Redstone Capital Partners. Prior to joining Redstone in 1998, Steve was a partner at the Houston law firm now known as Schlanger, Silver, Barg & Paine, LLP.

Steve graduated with honors in Government from the University of Texas and is an honors graduate of the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, where he was a member of The Texas Law Review.

 

RONALD E. MILLARD III
Ron is a Partner and member of the Investment Committee of Redstone Capital Partners, the private equity division of The Redstone Companies. Prior to joining Redstone in 2005, Ron was a Principal in the Private Equity Division of Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”) where he worked in the CSFB and the Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (“DLJ”) merchant banking funds, including the $2.7 billion CSFB Equity Partners Fund; the $600 million CSFB International Equity Partners Fund; the $5.3 billion DLJ Merchant Banking Partners III Fund; and the $175 million DLJ Growth Capital Partners Fund.

Ron received a B.B.A. in Finance with honors from the University of Texas, and he earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Ron is a CFA charter holder.

 

PAM HAYES
Pam serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for numerous Redstone-related entities, and is a Partner of Redstone Capital Partners. Before joining Redstone in 1998, she served as Chief Financial Officer, Northwest Bancorporation Inc. and has more than 21 years of experience in the banking industry.

Pam is a graduate of California State University Long Beach, receiving her B.S. in Business Administration–Accounting.

 

TRACY O’NEIL
Tracy serves as head of Human Resources for The Redstone Companies. She acts in a similar capacity and also serves as an Executive Vice President for numerous Redstone-related entities. Tracy is a Partner of Redstone Capital Partners. Before joining Redstone in 1992, she had more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources, the last five years at Compaq Computer Corporation in Houston.

Tracy received a B.B.A. in Management from Angelo State University.

 

JEREMY ZYKORIE
Jeremy is an Associate. Prior to joining Redstone in 2004, Jeremy was part of Credit Suisse First Boston's investment banking practice, providing transaction advisory services to large and mid-cap energy companies in the Houston office. Jeremy is a Level III CFA candidate.

He received his Bachelor of Science of Economics in finance, management and statistics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
