Redstone primarily invests in businesses generating annual revenues between $10 and $50 million and will consider smaller companies that have exceptional growth prospects. We target businesses that possess a majority of the following characteristics.

• Strong market position in niche segments
• Positive cash flow
• Healthy operating margins
• Significant growth opportunities organically as well as through acquisitions
• Businesses that have been under-exploited operationally or financially

We are generally industry agnostic but do not invest in early stage high technology and biotech companies. While avoiding pure startups with significant technology, we do invest in new enterprises with proven management teams that are seeking to replicate a business in which they have a demonstrated record of success. Our focus is on control investments but we will consider minority positions that come with significant positions of influence.
