We carefully evaluate prospective investments through a disciplined due-diligence process that includes a rigorous assessment of management expertise, industry fundamentals, growth prospects, competitive position and financial performance.

Redstone takes a proactive hands-on role with the businesses in which we invest, closely partnering with management teams and providing strategic, operational and financial support to maximize business value. We have a proprietary infrastructure that we deploy in our portfolio companies to assist with the challenges and opportunities that face smaller, high-growth enterprises.

We are patient investors and prefer to build sustainable businesses over the long term as opposed to seeking quick exits. Our targeted investment holding period is generally five to seven years, although certain investments have been held for longer periods.
