Redstone Capital Partners is the private equity arm of The Redstone Companies, a Houston-based investment firm that commenced operations in the 1980s and currently manages over $500 million of meticulously selected, private equity investments.

Redstone targets control investments in the lower end of the middle market. We partner with superior management teams in leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, or growth capital financings. The unique resources Redstone provides to companies in this size range, far beyond the provision of capital, make us a sound strategic and tactical partner for high growth companies seeking to capitalize on opportunities.

We typically invest $5 to $15 million of equity in transactions ranging up to $50 million in enterprise value, with the ability to make select larger investments with our partners. We are flexible in structuring transactions to accommodate the needs of existing owners, management, and the optimal capital needs of the business.
